Melanie Evans
Head of superannuation & retail, BT Financial Group
Evans is responsible for a business portfolio spanning corporate super, retail super and investments, BT Super for Life, as well as the Asgard and BT Wrap Platforms.
She has also headed up BT's personal super business, where she successfully spearheaded the launch and distribution of BT's online superannuation product, BT Super for Life. At BT, she has also held roles including head of brand and of group marketing.
Prior to joining the company in 2003, Evans worked at Westpac, where she held a number of roles in retail banking and also spent several years at St George Bank.
She holds a Master of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting from the University of New South Wales. Evans sits on the FSC Superannuation board and chairs the MySuper working group.
