Blight-Johnston is managing director of RGA Reinsurance Company of Australia.
Blight-Johnston has almost 20 years of actuarial and financial management experience in the life insurance industry, in Australia and internationally.
Prior to joining RGA in 2007, she was chief financial officer and appointed actuary for
Asteron Life, a consulting actuary with Tillinghast and an investment banker with Morgan
Stanley.
Blight-Johnston is a director of the Financial Services Council and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. She is a former council member of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
